Tomato soup

recipe for a nice soup easy to cook at any time. With some basic ingredients we can prepare an abundant bowl.

Ingredients:
  • 1,5 kg. (3.3 lb) of ripe tomatoes.
  • 1 celery stick.
  • 1 or 2 stock cubes.
  • Salt.
  • Ground pepper.
  • Olive oil.

Firstly, put a little oil in a large heavy-based pan and add the tomatoes and the celery previously chopped over high heat and give it a good stirAdd one litre of water with the stock cubes and when it starts boiling turn the heat down to medium.

When the vegetables are soft take them out of the pan and blend them. Once blended strain it and put it back into the pan with some ground pepper (to taste). Stir it for a couple of minutes over low heat and it's ready to eat!
