- 5 eggs
- 375 ml of condensed milk
- 300 gr. (11 oz) of cream cheese
- Butter
While the oven is preheating, put the cream cheese, the eggs and the condensed milk in a bowl and blend it until well mixed.
Next spread some butter in an ovenproof dish (just a thin layer to avoid the cake from sticking) and pour the mix.

When the oven is heated put the mix inside and leave it there for at least 30 minutes. After that time sink the point of a knife in the cake and if it comes out clean it is ready, if not just leave it for 5 more minutes and check again (repeat until done).
Once it is ready remove it from the oven and let it cool down. Unmold and decorate to taste.
